How ManicureTimes booking works

ManicureTimes lets you request a nail salon appointment in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, or Houston. Choose one salon, a manicure or pedicure, and a preferred time. After you sign in to a completed free account, we save your request and send email when your selected channels include email. Your appointment is confirmed only after the salon accepts.

How do I request a nail appointment?

  1. Browse the salon directory or use the appointment finder to compare locations along your drive.
  2. Choose a salon, preferred day and time, and requested service. Check the listed address and request schedule.
  3. Create a free client account or sign in. Your salon, service and time are carried through registration. Review your saved contact details, choose Email, Text or Both for your receipt and the salon notice, and authorize sharing your request.
  4. Keep your private request-status link. Wait for the salon to accept before traveling. Email acceptance by a sending provider does not guarantee inbox delivery.

Are the displayed times confirmed openings?

No. The launch version displays request windows, not live chair availability. The initial assumption is Monday–Friday 10 am–6 pm and Saturday/Sunday noon–4 pm, Central Time. Published closures and later salon-owner updates take precedence. The requested service and time still require salon acceptance.

What does it cost?

Creating a ManicureTimes account is free. ManicureTimes does not take payment in this launch version. The salon sets the final service price, duration, and any deposit or cancellation terms. We do not publish an unverified price estimate for a salon.

Do I need an account?

You can browse salons and choose a time before signing up. A free client account is required before the request is sent, so your contact details, preferences and requests are saved. You can also create an account first and book with saved details. Registration is free for clients and salons. Signup asks for first and last name, email entered twice, required ZIP code entered twice, and an optional mobile number entered twice. Email sign-in verifies that you control the address.

How do I change or cancel an appointment?

Contact your selected salon directly using the business contact on its profile. Text choices open your messaging app for you to send; automatic SMS is not provided. This launch version does not provide online rescheduling or cancellation. Do not submit a second request as a way to cancel the first.

How are salon listings checked?

We match an establishment’s name and address to the supplied Texas establishment records and cross-reference a business email published on an official business website. Each profile links to the business source and shows when that contact check occurred. Records with missing corroborated email or an expired source expiration date stay off the launch directory.

This is a contact and record-matching process, not a review, quality endorsement, real-time license certification, or proof that the salon has joined ManicureTimes. Source records and websites can change. Use the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation license search for current licensing information, and contact the salon about its actual hours and services.

How can I claim my salon?

Create a free account using the main business email already associated with your salon. Verify that email, complete your profile, and claim the matching listing in your account. Only the matching verified account can edit that salon’s name, address, phone, and request hours. If the listed contact is outdated, report the correction to david@codexdeus.com; using a different email does not grant ownership.
