Using ManicureTimes

ManicureTimes helps clients find nail salons, request appointments, and manage their account. Use the service only for legitimate appointments and with contact information you are authorized to use. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

Appointment requests and confirmation

Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. The salon must accept it. Initial request windows are provisional: Monday–Friday 10 am–6 pm and Saturday/Sunday noon–4 pm, Central Time, except where a published closure or later owner update applies. These windows do not represent live chair availability. The salon determines the final service, duration, price, and any deposit or cancellation terms. ManicureTimes does not take payment in this launch version.

Contact the salon directly to change or cancel a confirmed appointment. Salons are independent businesses and are responsible for their services. Check the request status and wait for salon confirmation before traveling.

Accounts and salon ownership

Keep your sign-in email secure. Do not share private request or response links. To claim and edit a salon, you must verify the main business email associated with its listing. Creating a client account does not grant ownership of a salon. Salon owners are responsible for keeping their details and request hours accurate.

Communications

When you authorize an appointment request, we share its details and your contact information with the selected salon and send appointment-related emails. Account sign-in requires a verification email. Optional marketing is separate and requires your affirmative choice. Adding a mobile number does not authorize marketing texts. Automated SMS is not offered in this launch version.

Fair use and service limitations

Do not send spam, impersonate another person or business, scrape private data, bypass account restrictions, or interfere with the service. We may restrict abusive activity. Email acceptance by a provider does not establish inbox delivery or salon acceptance. Listings may be incomplete or out of date. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or guarantee an independent salon’s performance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
